In the beginning.
I have been in hospitality my entire career. From a kosher deli in Pittsburgh, to a bakery in Bar Harbor, to working in Kauai, I landed in Wilmington in 1993. I have an equal passion for cooking as I do with the service and creating moments aspect of restaurant business.
I have been blessed to work with some of the most talented restaurateurs and private club directors all inspiring me along my twisted path of success. I have a beautiful 15 year old son who quietly and patiently listens to me ranting and raving about the glories and horrors of the restaurant business, keeps me grounded, and inspired to push on.
When I'm not researching, cooking, or eating food I am wandering in my yard, planting, watching the insects wriggle about.
